The Routes
Cross Cape – The Mother of All Routes. Plettenberg Bay to Stellenbosch through a diverse range of terrains, climates, and cultures.
Distance: 742km (Plettenberg Bay to Stellenbosch)
Elevation Gain: 10 461m
Days: 6 – 10
Major towns: Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, George, Oudtshoorn, Calitzdorp, Riversdale, Swellendam, Greyton, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch
Karoo Crossing – Experience the renowned Swartberg pass as you ride through the quiet towns of the Klein Karoo and descend through forested hills towards the Indian Ocean at Knysna.
Distance: 385km (Calitzdorp to Knysna)
Elevation Gain: 7 212m
Days: 4 – 6
Major towns: Calitzdorp, Prince Albert, De Rust, Uniondale, Knysna
Cederberg Circuit – A remote journey through the famous big mountains of the Cederberg, discovering an ancient landscape.
Distance: 247km (Citrusdal to Citrusdal)
Elevation Gain: 3 538m
Days: 3 – 5
Major towns: Citrusdal, Clanwilliam
