Order Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: R85 for all orders under R1,500.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over R1,500.

Shipping Method

We only offer standard shipping across South Africa. At this time, express shipping options are not available.

How Items Are Shipped

All items are shipped directly from our suppliers to your provided address. Orders may be delivered in multiple packages if they contain items from different suppliers. While we strive to deliver all items in a timely manner, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the supplier’s processing time.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Please allow additional time for rural or outlying areas.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items before filing a claim.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

1. Contact the Supplier: Since all orders are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, please reach out to the supplier of your product to initiate the return process. The supplier will guide you on the steps required to complete your return.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs for returns are determined by the supplier and may vary. Please confirm the details with the supplier when arranging your return.

Refunds

All refund requests are managed directly by the supplier. Once your return is received and inspected, the supplier will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed by the supplier and applied to your original method of payment based on their refund policy and timeline.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the supplier’s stated timeframe, please contact the supplier directly. WILD AIR Sports does not process or facilitate refunds.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be arranged directly with the supplier. WILD AIR Sports does not facilitate exchanges, and any queries regarding exchanges should be addressed to the supplier of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Warranties

All product warranties are provided and honored by the respective suppliers. Please retain your proof of purchase to validate any warranty claims.
