Cape Town, South Africa – June 24, 2024 – The Otter African Trail Run, one of South Africa’s most prestigious trail running event, is thrilled to announce that adidas TERREX has joined as the event’s Title Partner for the next three years. The event will now be known as the Otter TERREX Trail presented by EasyEquities. This exciting partnership follows adidas TERREX’s involvement as the event’s Technical Partner in 2023, during which the brand showcased their innovative gear, bolstered the elite field, and demonstrated their commitment to shared values.

This title partnership marks a significant milestone in the event’s history, as it aims to elevate the race to a globally renowned event.

“The Otter and its incredibly unique and beautiful trails have been a firm favourite for South Africans for many years now. However, to do right for the event, its trails, and the communities supported by them, it is important to elevate the event to an international standard,” said Clark Gardner, CEO of Faces Group, the stable under which the event falls. “Now with adidas TERREX on board, we are able to attract the best international trail athletes, reach trail runners from around the globe, and gain credibility from being associated with such an iconic brand. We look forward to this partnership and the growth that they will bring to our event.”
